
Onion stock, mushroom shoyu tare, negi oil, homemade noods with ~10% rye, three day marinated eggs from the chickens of a friend of a friend.
I would have preferred that the stock were lighter, the shoyu adds colour yes, but I've made the stock lighter in colour before π€· Good though π
