💛 Hello my dear friends!
Today we’re making one of my favorite savory recipes — soft and golden egg & cottage cheese patties with ham, cheese, and fresh green onion. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside — they’re the perfect low carb, high protein, no flour alternative to bread or cutlets.

These patties are packed with protein and won’t spike your insulin or blood sugar, making them great for weight loss, fat loss, and even for people with diabetes. They keep you full, give long-lasting energy, and taste so comforting.

I often ate recipes like this on my own journey, and they really helped me lose weight while still enjoying delicious, satisfying food. 🌱

👋 Hello my dear friends! I’m so happy you’re here today. Tell me in the comments — which of my recent recipes was your favorite? I love reading your feedback! 🌸 Boil 2 eggs for 15 minutes until hard-boiled. In a mixing bowl, add one pack of dry farmer’s cheese (200 grams).
If you’re using cottage cheese, just drain it well through a sieve or cheesecloth — it should be dry and crumbly. Crack in 1 egg. Add ½ cup grated hard cheese (50 grams).
Any kind will work — I’m using Gouda. Add a pinch of salt and 1 tbsp psyllium husk (8 grams). Finely chop a large bunch of green onions. 💛 I put a lot of love and time into creating these recipes. Green onions are packed with antioxidants, vitamin C, and fiber — they’re light, fresh, and amazing for digestion. Add the chopped onions to the bowl. When the eggs are cooked, peel and chop them finely. Eggs are one of the best protein sources — they’re filling, nutritious, and keep your energy stable without blood sugar spikes. 💡 Protein is key for weight loss — it protects your muscles, keeps you satisfied, and prevents blood sugar spikes that trigger cravings. 💡 How much do you need? Around 1.6–2.2 grams per kilogram of body weight daily — enough to boost fat loss while keeping your body strong and energized. Chop 5 slices of ham (about 50 grams). Add the ham and chopped eggs into the bowl. Mix everything well until you have a smooth, thick dough. This recipe is naturally high-protein thanks to cottage cheese, eggs, cheese, and ham — no flour, no gluten, and almost zero carbs! Heat a skillet and lightly spray with olive oil. Measure the dough with a ¼ measuring cup for even patties. Shape them into fritters and place on the skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes per side over medium heat. I like to flip them twice — it helps the patties hold their shape better since they’re made without flour. I cooked mine in 2 batches — from this amount of dough, I got 10 patties. 👍 Don’t forget to subscribe to the channel and leave a like — thank you so much for being here! Flip only when they’re golden and set — that way they won’t fall apart. Serve on a plate with Greek yogurt or sour cream. These patties are incredibly tasty, filling, and healthy — no flour, no gluten, very low in carbs, and packed with protein. Give them a try, you’ll love them! 😋

  1. I like the idea of fritters, especially if I can get them crispy. Have only used these similar ingredients to make "breakfast baskets", using the egg in raw form, mixed w/cheeses & a binder, after lining muffin cups w/the ham or bacon to form crispy baskets. We don't typically eat many vegetables, though I agree the chives would be a lovely accent here. Thank you for sharing.=)

  2. Рецепты хорошие, но вот к чему в каждом названии потеряла 20кг, 15кг, 5 и так далее.
