I went for a week and came back to my plant looking like this, i have a water irrigation system so it got water. The other two plants look good but something happened to this one. The first picture is after and the second is before. The leaves became dry and crumbly

Also one of it’s smaller branches split a week ago but it was a small and insignificant branch

  2. Not enough water to the roots and/or extreme heat, that is the cause the times mine have looked like that.

The root is dry and the sun is too hot.. Do deep water, dig the soil around it & make sure the roots are wet.

This is generally what happens when you stop watering your plants

Looks like heat issues. Same thing happened to mine unfortunately and alot of other people I spoke with as well. The sun was super hot this year and unrelenting doesn’t matter how much we watered the sun hurt the leaves.

If they stayed watered and soil stayed damp I dont think heat stress/dry back is the cause. Perhaps consider researching fungal infections like Fusarium. Perhaps its something of that nature? However, it DOES look like they sat in dry soil too long just by the few pictures you supplied. I suspect fungal pathogen or dry soil.
