

We wereeating at an Italian cafe and we ordered a focaccia, we loved it so we wanted to make it at home. The cafe had a delicatessen and we got buffalo mozzarella and some focaccia bread. We got some basil (some from our own plant), pine nuts, parmiggiano cheese, olive oil and some local nettles. It's surprisingly easy to make
