   Hard to judge from a pic.

   Topping looks a bit “odd”, cheap cheese.

   Base looks like didn’t rise well and cooked in an electric oven.

   If you’re not in Italy OK, if you’ve been served that in Italy, you’ve been scammed.

   Disclaimer: I’m not a pizza purist and I’ve been eating random crap myself. So purely expressing my POV on this. 😆

   Non-Italian here.

   Looks like the pizza do go into a very hot oven, which is good.

   IMO, toppings should go further out to the edges. Too much plain crust on the edges.

   Distribution, in general, is a problem. Sauce and cheese are uneven.

   Also, I’m not a fan of super-thin crust, but this crust looks too thick, especially on the edges.

   It’s perfect, not burned, well cooked, without a useless inflated cornicione.

   canotto is NOT Italian pizza
