Tasty mustard sauce, good chunky mackerel

    I’ve liked this mackerel, and I’ve liked the sauce, but I’ll be danged if I get “mustard.” I realize mustard is a big category, with a very broad range of different concoctions inside the tent. But the various recipes of the European canneries, including Cantara, employing that word, don’t strike me as within the Venn diagram of Mustard. Again, very nice and tasty, but mustard?

    I had this can a few weeks ago very tasty with mustard sauce!! their mackerel fillets in spicy oil is very good too!
