    Please post all of your recipe(s) / lists of ingredients!

    We recently added a rule (#6) requiring either a recipe or list of ingredients, since it is so often requested. If you wouldn’t mind adding that we’d appreciate it!

    I don’t do recipes, just throw in ingredients that I think will compliment each other well.

    Dish 1
    – 160g ground beef

    – ±60 grams of rice

    – Some mix of beans, green beans and carrots

    Dish 2

    – 140g of pork loin / 160g of chicken fillet

    – 200g veggie mix

    Don’t know macros either, but both dishes should have at least over 100g of protein and < 1400 calories (if i had to guess)
