I don’t want my future wife to have to cook. So, this is episode 15 of meals I would make my future wife. And today, I’m going to be making some crispy chicken risoto. Wow. And I love making this dish cuz it’s a really cheap and easy meal to make, but still feels like something I would eat at a nice restaurant. And that’s the whole reason why I started making food videos in the first place. Cuz as a recent college grad living in LA, bro, my pockets were hurting trying to eat out all the time. Even going to like a fast food restaurant was running me up like $20 every time. And when I realized how much money you’re actually saving by cooking food at home, it was a no-brainer trying to actually learn how to cook, especially dishes that I would pay a lot of money for at a restaurant. But don’t get it twisted, I still love to go out and eat at restaurants. But something about making food at home and sharing it with a special someone really does hit different, which is why this crispy chicken risoto topped with some parmesan and algae kugata chili oil is one of the best bang for your buck date night meals at home.
