Aren’t you curious? Are there scientists out there that love this? So, you can see, aside from my dad’s cute homemade label, uh, the water is just at a nice steam. It’s not even bubbling. And look at this. Remember how crystallized it was? And now, look at how liquidy and delicious it is. So, it’s a little hot, to be honest. But I’m just going to go ahead and remove the lid and then drizzle a little bit onto the carrots. Nice and easy. And then this will stay nice and liquid in my pantry, which is a little cool for quite some time. So, great tip for the home kitchen. Okay, now let’s go ahead and add a little bit of salt to balance out that delicious sweetness that we have with the honey. Here I have a little bit of Arctic sea salt from our trip to Iceland. And nice sea salt has a great minerality to it. I would some I would use a molden salt too if you’d like or kosher salt. And then let’s add a little bit of herbs. Herbs to prov.
