






Jalapeño thai hybrid, Jalapeño habanero hybrid, Jalapeño, cayenne, Jimmy nardello, minnie sweet peppers, bell peppers, black beauty peppers garlic, onion and mango. 1 week ferment, has to be one of the best sauces I've made/ had!

Just wondering as i’ve got some jars fermenting at the moment – what is the Recipe?

I’ve never tried/tasted fermented sauce, though the ingredients sound great. Is it brine or vinegar, or do you actually add some kind of microbes?
Fermented sauces are the best! It adds so much depth to the flavor. That looks awesome op
