You’d probably like steelhead trout if you like salmon.

Routee shrimp, shrimp wrapped in bacon, sheepshead any way, speckled trout baked, boiled/steamed crabs/crawfish/shrimp, charbroiled oysters

What was it about catfish you didn’t like?

Mahi, Wahoo, I love Spanish mackerel but it’s pretty fishy, the best of all sea or diver scallops!! Yummm! And of course crab!

King Oscar mackerel fillets, various flavors. Kippers, smoked oysters, trout etc.

    Shrimp, scallops, clams, crab, lobster.

I would suggest avoiding tilapia and swai.

Where about are you located? Can definitely make some betters recommendations depending on regional availability.

Canned smoked herring. Has that dense, more meaty flavor you seem to like so far. That and brisling sprats.

Hamachi Kama – Grilled Yellowtail Collar !

Artic char, tilefish would be in your sweet spot maybe some grouper too.

If you like swordfish there’s a good chance you will like cod

Based on your likes so far, I’d recommend crab-stuffed flounder, grilled shrimp, and mahi mahi with a mango salsa next.

Grilled Mahi, grilled king mackerel, grilled Chilean sea bass, grilled branzino. Grilled tuna for sure!!

Cod fish and tilapia. Crab and when it’s season again, crawfish.

agree with you on catfish. it’s NASTY.

try shrimps (if you don’t have the allergy), cod, tilapia, or mahi mahi. i also love corvina (white sea bass), so maybe that later on.

Red snapper, to me that’s my favorite white fish. It’s mild, clean tasting, and the texture is perfect

Grouper, Red Snapper, Trigger, Mahi-Mahi- these are all very mild.

As someone that loves catfish, I once had a fried catfish in Roanoke Virginia that was one of the foulest (without being truly spoiled) most abhorrent things I’ve ever eaten.

As others have said I think you’d like Arctic Char, definitely have some cod, and try the fresh tuna. Halibut is also a good shout. Sea bass is also tasty.
