Jumping on an opportunity to push Beast Feast of Maine. Great sauces made by hand in a cabin in Western Maine. Delicious, and never fails to make anything delicious.
But like the other guy said, the real quality BBQ doesn’t need sauce.

Stubbs is goid. My favorite is Fox Brother’s Vinegar sauce. It is likely just local (Atlanta area), and the stores stopped carrying it so I have to order it from the restaurant. It and probably the Dreamland sauce is 1-2.
Zergom
Stubbs is my favorite mass market sauce for ribs.

I duno if it’s just me but I’ve always found that Stubbs has a background/lingering flavour that just doesn’t hit my palette all that well

I don’t use sauce much, but my go to is Arthur Bryants Original.
its not for everyone, it’s not sweet like most, but spicy and vinegary so a lot of people don’t care for it.
ceral_killer
Blues hog championship blend is my new favorite.

Killer hogs the bbq sauce or when I have it. Meat Mitch Whomp sauce is next level.

Shout out to Sticky Fingers, their stuff is good and cheap and I often buy it in a pinch.
Mrs. Griffin’s is a great regional sauce in the south. Great vinegar flavor with sweetness and some smoke.

I did ribs with several different spices and sauces for a family get together. This isn’t a plug, but a lot of people went for Rudy’s seasoning and sauced ribs.
