    #breakfast sandwich ingredients:

    1 pound raw sausage

    8 ready to bake biscuits

    8 ounces cheese

    8 eggs

    1 cup milk

    seasoning

    #instructions:

    Preheat oven to 400° F

    Make eight 2 ounce sausage patties

    Bake them on a lined cookie sheet for ~20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure proper internal temperature.

    Save the sausage grease for later

    Lower oven to 350° F

    Using a silicon brush, smear the sausage grease onto your baking dish

    Cut the eggs into equal slices. A 9×13 creates too large egg patties so I ate the rest.
