Yo, what’s up guys? JFL TV back with another video here with a cooking video today. So, today I’m making dinner for me and my wife and we’re making chicken parm and French fries. Here we go. First, you want to cut some potatoes. Cut them things into wedges. Boom. Now that they’re all cut up, get them things in some water to remove some starch. And then, now that our potatoes are soaking, remove some excess starch. Take two chicken breasts and put them in halves. the long way. That thing in a storage cord bag, cover it up with a towel if you want and then bang that thing. Be piece of meat. Once those are all flattened out in your arms for beating all that meat, crack three eggs into a bowl. You know me, whipped cream bowl. Make it easy to help. Mix together some breadcrumbs of your choosing, some onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, parsley, garlic powder. You want to Grab your chicken, put it in your egg wash, and go right into the breadcrumbs. Get a nice coat on there. And then you could either bake it or toss it in your air fryer. I’m going for air fryer. Looking all breaded nice. Now I’m about to toss that thing in the air fryer in 375 for about 9 minutes, then flip. All right. And then we could dry off our French fries and then toss them in some seasoning. Wait till the chicken’s done. We could either toss those in the air fryer or we put them in the oven. My hands are cooked. All right. Now you drained your potatoes. Now you want to go ahead and pat them dry to get the rest of the excess water off of them. Don’t drop them like that. All right. Now you want to put them on a bowl and toss together whatever seasonings you like. You know, I got to go with the sea salt. Put a little pepper. It’s life hack right there. Grab it like that. I’m going to hit it up with a little oregano, little parsley, a little green looking color to it. And then I’m going to go with a little bit of onion powder. If I can find what I put here. Don’t want to OD on my [ __ ] Should make them sneeze. Boom. Now I’m going to have to bake these. So I’m going to get a cooking sheet and I got a wire rack. Then I’m going to put them on it. I’m going to put them in the oven and bake them for probably about probably 25 to 30 minutes honestly because it takes a while for them to get crispy. Then these are almost done in the air fryer here. And honestly, I’m just going to toss my fries in the air fryer also and put my chicken in the oven to stay warm. But in the meantime, we can start making our bread. So, what you want to do, the first thing is go to the store and buy some bread. I’m just [ __ ] with you. Lorenzo Brothers rolls fire hitting for chicken par meatball subs. Whatever you do. Now that the chicken’s looking busting, let’s get it on the wire rack and put in the oven to keep warm while we air fry our fries. Of course, don’t forget to spray your air fryer before you put everything in there. I use um I think it’s olive oil or canola oil spray. It’s got zero fat in it, so that comes through clutch. So, I’m on a lowfat diet. There we go. So, the fries are done. They took about 25 minutes in the air fryer. Now, to assemble our chicken parm sandwiches, you want to take your favorite sauce. Heat that sauce up however you please. Then, stuff your chicken in the bun. Throw whatever cheese you want on top. I did say parm, but we dead ass do not have parm. So, we had monster cheese and what was the other? Provolone. Mhm. So, layer that all on there. And then what you want to do is put it over on some tin foil, make a little boat for your thing, and then put it in the oven to melt the cheese and crisp the bread up a bit. Mhm. Then uh you got two leftovers that you could eat another time or just go at them that way if you want. Also, put the oven on 350 and probably leave them in there for about 3 to 4 minutes, I would guess. Possibly a bit longer. 56. She said 56. A little crispy. And then your fries. We’re all done waiting. And then there you have it. The finished product. Chicken parm, chicken cheese, whatever the [ __ ] you want to call it, with some wedges. There we go. It’s done. And that’s how you make a healthy chicken parm sub.
