B: peanut butter meal replacement shake with chocolate flavored probiotic

L: maple iced pumpkin muffins with cottage cheese mixed fruit and a piece of chocolate. Pumpkin muffin was made from a store bought quick bread to save time. Icing was from scratch. Confectioners sugar, maple syrup, butter and vanilla extract.

S: boiled eggs, mandarin orange, coconut cashews and edamame pods. I don't eat this all at once. I tend to pick at it a couple times a day.

D: mini pot pies with pear, shallot, shaved Parmesan and arugula salad. Basic maple vinaigrette for the dressing. Balsamic, maple, salt pepper and olive oil. Mini pot pies were made with wonton wrappers. Pan seared chicken and onions then added chicken broth cornstarch slurry with peas and carrots. Scooped into wrappers on top of muffin cavities.

You can't always see them but I use silicone inserts to separate wet from dry stuff. I made five portions but I generally only show four because the fifth tends to be the least pretty, lol.
