In Italy, eating pasta is a true gastronomic celebration. In fact, in transalpine lands there are many recipes that delight locals and tourists alike. To bring this culture to different places, but quickly and consistently, Relleno has just arrived in Lisbon.
Despite its Italian origins, this fast-food brand originated in Spain and has already conquered cities such as Madrid, Valencia and Barcelona. As of Monday, October 6, it intends to consolidate its presence in Lisbon.
It should be noted that at the epicenter of this opening is the delivery model, available through platforms such as Bolt Food, Glovo and Uber Eats.

A statement sent to Lisboa Secreta reads that this is the “first global fast-food brand”. Created in 2023, one of the highlights of Relleno is that the menu is 100% customizable, mixing fresh pasta and sauces, including classics such as carbonara to unexpected combinations.
All the ingredients are selected in Italy, so there is a concern for the quality of the product, with an average preparation time of just 1.30 minutes and 0% food waste, according to the same source.
Address: Rua de São Sebastião da Pedreira, 150
Opening hours: available on the Bolt Food, Glovo and Uber Eats apps
