Veganized a box cupcake mix and made zombie brain cupcakes! 🧟‍♀️

I basically use the Free and Easy brand egg replacer, vegetable oil and dairy milk and you wouldn’t know the difference! Just check the box your grabbing doesn’t have any milk products in it.

Used beetroot powder to make the icing brains colored and a teaspoon of Bird and Blend’s new pumpkin spice matcha in the dry mix. Just wait till your cupcakes are totally cooled down! And chill your icing first.
