This is their Diamond Sushi for $40. They don’t offer ponzu sauce which sucks but holy shit was this a good deal. Fucking nine pieces of prime nigiri, large pieces, mind you, well seasoned rice. I was kind of blown away if I’m being honest.
Not offering ponzu definitely ruined the mood, a little bit but when fish this this fatty and rich it’s not needed quite as much but just a little touch of it for me makes such a difference. Regardless this is an insane deal and really high quality. The toro roll was a little slop jalop but overall fantastic.
