  5. Seems like a waste, was it any different than the oven? At the temps and times you need for lasagna I feel like you wouldn’t get any additional flavor.

    If you really want smoked lasagna, I would suggest smoking the ingredients individually on wire racks, then assembling your lasagna and baking it.
