    This was a “cheap cut” I cooked up while meal preping for the week, probably 20-25m at 275 in the oven then an eye ball ~45s sear on the cast iron. Normally I do a ribeye but this was good too

    A little crust would take that thing and make it Michelin. Still looks great though.

    Man I love steak with rice.

    My go to confort meal is a bowl of steamed rice, some soy sauce, a very very runny fried egg (whites still clear), some chili crisp, and if I’m feeling hungry, fried steak. Mix it all up – the soy and runny egg cook into a sauce and everything is delicious as can be!
