This easy and delicious baked potato recipe is cheesy, creamy, and full of amazing flavors β€” just like the real Kumpir from Turkey πŸ‡ΉπŸ‡·
It’s crispy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with butter, cheese, and your favorite toppings β€” pure comfort food! πŸ˜‹

β€’ Potatoes – 300 g (about 3 medium)
β€’ Greek salad – 5 tbsp
β€’ Mozzarella cheese – 5 tbsp
β€’ Butter – 1 tbsp
β€’ Salt – to taste
β€’ Green bell pepper – Β½, diced
β€’ White sauce – 5 tbsp
β€’ Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
β€’ Pickles – 6–7 pieces, chopped
β€’ Carrot – 1, cooked and diced
β€’ Peas – Β½ cup
β€’ Garlic powder – to taste
β€’ Onion powder – to taste
β€’ Thyme – to taste
β€’ Red chili – to taste

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Potatoes: Wash and pat dry the potatoes. Rub with salt and olive oil, wrap in foil, and bake at 180Β°C (356Β°F) for 3 hours.
Tip: If no oven, cook in a pot or pan with salt, cover, and roast.
2. Cook the Vegetables: Dice the carrot and cook with a little water. Cook peas and zucchini (β€œzort”) with water. Dice green bell pepper.
3. Prepare the Sauce: Mix white sauce with lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and red chili. Add cooked vegetables and mix well.
4. Stuff the Potatoes: Gently open baked potatoes, make a small slit, add butter, salt, and mozzarella cheese. Mix well for creamy filling.
5. Add Toppings: Fold the potato slightly, top with Greek salad, and optionally garnish with grated beet.
6. Serve: Serve hot and enjoy!
