I followed a German YouTuber named “the bread code” and the result was amazing !! He has a very in depth tutorial on making starter along with sourdough bread.

I added everything but the bagel seasoning on the top

Does anyone have any recommendations on the best way to store it? It gets a little chewy after a few days
