Randomly walked in when our res for another restaurant fell through. Absolutely phenomenal! 10/10.
Kare Kare tamales are definitely worth the hype.
The beurre rouge and crispy onions on the Hokkaido scallops were absolutely divine. I could drink that sauce.
Uni ube gnocchi were good but portion was Itty Bitty. Still worth it for the flavor but you should be aware of the size.
The crab fried rice was a nice "upscale" take on a pretty typical dish. The crab butter was delicious. Definitely acted as more of a side to all the other items though.
The skyflake uni wagyu bites were unbelieveable. Crazy how such a single bite could cost so much but dang, worth every penny.
The lamb shanks kaladerra was bottom of my list for the night. Lamb is too game for me so off the bat, not my favorite. But the gravy and the crispy potatoes were amazing!
