    Ingredients (I used):

    3 bell peppers
    500 grams minced meat
    1 onion
    1 tomato
    1 can of tomato puree (70 gams)
    2 cloves of garlic
    Grated cheese, I used mozzarella
    Seasoning: peppercorn, paprikapowder

    Make the filling:

    1: Mince the onion and garlic and cook them in a pan until translucent

    2: Add the minced meat and cook until done

    3: Add the tomato puree, chopped up tomato and seasoning

    4: Let the filling simmer on medium heat so the moisture can evaporate a bit while preparing the bell pepper. Preheat the oven on 200°C.

    Stuffing the bell pepper:

    1: Cut the bell pepper in half and remove the seeds and stem.

    2: Put the bell pepper in a oven dish

    3: Fill the bell pepper and top it with the grated cheese.

    Put your stuffed bell peppers in the oven on 200°C for 25 minutes and it’s done. Serve with rice, bulgur, buckwheat, whatever you like.
