Lobster on a pizza this was actually throwback to one of my favorite places in vies Puerto Rico saw they had Lobster pizz so I knew I had to give it a try pretty good the lobster gets overpowered a little bit but maybe I should try to make it one day and today was that day and we started off by making our dough into our dry ingredients we’re going to pour in our liquid ingredients and mix this together and then get to kneading on my cutting board now we’re going to place our dough in a lightly oiled bowl for about 2 to 3 hours now that our dough is risen we can spread it out and start on our sauce for alfredo sauce I’m just going to go in with some butter garlic heavy whipping cream parmesan cheese salt and pepper and spread it out go on with some fresh mozzarella and now it’s time to start dicing up our toppings I decided to use some diced bell pepper and some thinly sliced red onion evenly spread those out and now we can start on our lobster tails I’m going to throw on some Everglades fish and chicken seasoning pop these in the oven for a bit and then throw them on top of our pizza I bake my pizzas at 500° for about 10 minutes for a crispy crust pizza throw on some minced oregano slice it up and it’s time to give it a try this one’s definitely worth giving a try
