This is one big #leg but its not lamb

My 1st attempt at cooking rice in the airfryer was a fail !!!! at least i didn’t go without dinner .

I picked up 4 x Turkey legs from my local #miramarket marinated them individually, its time to put these giant of pieces of meat to the test.

Definitely a long slow cook for this ones, I don’t advise cooking ina tagine unless your using the oven. ( Another one I tried and tested)
