This Italian wedding soup is something you didn’t even know you’re craving, but you are. Trust me. It takes one pot, 20 minutes. It is deep, delicious, satisfying, a mustake, folks. Start off by seasoning beef and rolling them to cute little meatballs. Once 2 L of stock is fully boiling, we’re going to add in a cup and a half of a ditali pasta, your meatballs, and let that cook for 8 minutes. After eight minutes, add in one can of chickpeas, drained, four cups of spinach, a teaspoon of garlic powder, a teaspoon and a half of oregano, a teaspoon of chili flakes, salt, pepper, about a/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley, and a cup of parmesan. Mix that all together. Put that into a bowl. Maybe add a little bit more parm on top, some more chili flakes. This is so deeply satisfying, folks. Make it and follow along for more comfortable recipes.

Well, Andy, I didn’t realize you had a YouTube. I’m thrilled to know this. Nice to see another maritime on here cooking. Loved your bread recipe and I can’t wait to try this one.
Even though this is lovely, ppl need to STOP saying it takes 20 mins. Cutting up onions and shaping Ground beef, and cutting parsley takes way longer. Washing parsley and letting it dry…then cutting it takes 20 mins. By itself. LOL let's get real plz
Umm…washing, drying, and cutting parsley ALONE takes 20 mins. These cooking videos need to get real lol!
I’ve had it, and shit my pants because it was so god
What kind of stock?
I absolutely love Italian Wedding Soup
With stock and meatballs anything will taste savoury
Cheese is a cheat.
I love this soup
You always sear the meatballs for a couple minutes before putting them into the pot… raw balls in the soup? That’s a mad man move
Is that chicken or veggie stock?
I'd rather have carrots than chick peas. ew totally not the same soup
Even though these cooking times aren't correct, I still like your sweater.
