Ego at The Copperfield on Gravesend Road, Shorne, near Gravesend, opens new Mediterranean restaurant

A Mediterranean restaurant and bar group has officially opened the doors of a new outlet near Gravesend.

The new owners have transformed the site with a new-look bar, renovated kitchen and updated patio area.

The menu includes “dishes from across the Mediterranean”, along with cocktails and mocktails, in addition to more conventional drinks.

General manager Nadia Kauss said: “Whether it’s sipping a spritz on the terrace or sharing paella with friends, we want every visit to feel like a little escape – full of atmosphere, flavour, and warm hospitality.”
