What happens when Mama’s nephew Rodolfo from Amano Cheese drops by? Pure chaos… and pure joy! 😂🇮🇹

He showed Mama how to make fresh ricotta cheese from scratch 🧀✨—and within minutes, the kitchen turned into a full-on Italian comedy show! Between Rodolfo’s jokes, Mama’s storytelling, and a few “are you sure that’s how you do it?” moments, they had us all laughing till our sides hurt 🤣💬

Once that warm, creamy ricotta was ready, Mama worked her magic and turned it into homemade cannolis that were out of this world 🍋🍫❤️ The air was filled with sweetness, laughter, and a sprinkle (or three) of powdered sugar!

Ingredients:
• 15 oz ricotta cheese, drained overnight
• 3 tbsp granulated sugar
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• ½ cup mini chocolate chips
• Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions:
Thoroughly drain the ricotta to remove excess moisture. In a bowl, combine ricotta, sugars, cinnamon, lemon zest, and most of the chocolate chips. Spoon or pipe the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a large tip. Fill each cannoli shell, then dip the ends into the reserved chocolate chips. Dust lightly with powdered sugar before serving.
