Here's my current sauce collection, what do you think? I prefer mild-to-medium spice and smoky flavors, but I can handle hotter stuff when I'm in the mood.

These are mostly what I've collected from my Heatonist.com subscription; I love the Camp Sauce and the jalapeño-tequila-lime sauce in particular! I also buy the Los Calientes sauces at my local store when I can, I think they compliment the first 3 well
These are the spiciest that I can handle; they're both delicious but I use them sparingly

Camp Sauce is seriously so good.
I’m going to try that Cedar Garlic from Dawson’s next time I put in an order.
Tabasco Chipotle / Jalapeno are not exotic or anything, but damn they are tasty. Always have both in my cupboard.

That Chipotle Tabasco is fantastic. Honestly like their green sauce pretty well too especially on breakfast foods.
