I’m telling you. As an ex-Austinite, this was my spot:
* You could always get in there without planning your day around it (max I ever waited was 20 minutes, if that). * The value was always solid (2 or 3 meat plate was well priced) * The meat was always consistently good to great (the pork ribs are still some of my favorite of anywhere) * The corn casserole is GOATED
