First year growing some super hots and they are starting to ripen. I've noticed on sone of my reapers these spots. Do these look like insect damage, or something that would be caused by poor nutrients?
Outbof the 5 varieties I'm growing, I'm really only seeing this on the reapers.

Looks like stink bug damage to me.
Bird peck
I have seen birds peck on my peppers before to get to the seeds and they end up looking just like that
I have small ants that do that to my Scotch Bonnet Peppers
Looks like birds to me
Those holes would suggest bug damage to me.
