Picked up a barely used Weber Searwood 600XL, got it setup last night to test smoking and higher temps. Planning to cook some Pork Butts this weekend, and maybe a Turkey on Monday for Canadian Thanksgiving for some Canadians staying with us. Still have our 2011 Louisiana Country Smoker on the deck, plan to clean it up and swap a couple parts then and off to one of our kids or sell it.
