Chili’s Triple Dipper (Mozzarella Sticks, Southwest Egg Rolls, and Big Mouth Bites) at Home

It’s finally football season. Woohoo. Nothing’s better than a Chili’s triple dipper on game day. So, I’m going to show you how I make it at home. Start with some chicken. I like to cut mine in strips. Strips like this. Now, add some olive oil, pepper, garlic, and cajun. Toss everything together. I like to grill mine in my air fryer. Now, for the mozzarella sticks. If you want the good cheese pool, you need the one with the whole milk. Looking good. Five. Looking good. Theirs are pretty thick. Thick like that. I ain’t never made a homemade cheese stick. Now you need three bowls. One for flour. That’s enough. One for liquid chicken with a little bit of milk. Swirl it up. Then some panko. Add cajun to my panko. Take your cheese, coat it in flour into the liquid chicken. And then the breadrumbs. It should look like that. I’m going to put these in the fridge so they can start to set up. Don’t forget to clean up your mousse. For the southwest egg rolls, you need a big bowl. Chopped spinach, bell pepper, green onion, red onions, and cilantro. Black beans and corn. Jalapenos. [Music] Get the chicken from the air fryer. Test the chicken for poison. Oh, we’re good. Now, shred up a whole bunch of cheese, but check it for poison first. Oh, yeah. We’re good. In the bowl, add more Cajun, black pepper, garlic powder, and swirl it up. Oo, this looks good. I think this would just be good on a chip. Egg rolls. Filling side back to front. Pull. Roll. Seal with some water. Egg roll. Now start heating up the oil. Add the egg rolls with the seam side down. The seam side is good and crispy. Just rotate them around. Now the mozzarella sticks. Might not be the prettiest ones I’ve ever seen, but it’s got the cheese pool. Possibly the best ones I’ve ever made. Last but not least, the mini sliders. Mini burgers. Mini slider burgers. the burger bites. Toast up some buns. Mini bun. Brush on some melted butter. Now just in the oven till they’re good and toasty. Butter in the pan. Take off your rings. Just patty up some miniized burgers. That looks good. Woohashshire, black pepper, garlic powder, and a little bit of Cajun ketchup, mustard, burger, onions, and pickles. And it’s done. It’s finally done. I’ve been in triple dipper hail. You better love it, P. Oh, I’m ready. Dance.

    I'm aware that you check for Poison of cheese etc but I'm thinking you should check the Cajon Spice bcuz it could be laced with something harmful.

    Is there any way you would take on your own version of a BLT? It would probably be fantastic! BTW: I will not eat anything with mayonnaise on it!

    Girl I love watching your videos and I have been a cook for over 30 in a restaurant and I have ave been told I was the cleanest cook. I never hardly ever mad messes. I hated cleaning them up. Unfortunately my health with my neck and hands has gotten worse you see we made everything homemade in lg 60 quart pan and I was the muscle of the kitchen and that is where my health went to crap. So now days you can’t call me the cleanest cook now I hate making messes and I hate cleaning them up. But at least watching you cook makes it fun.😂🩷🩷🩷🩷
