Bought one a few months ago for me and my small family. Definitely a great smoker but I would suggest getting a heat deflector for longer cook times.

I loved this pellet. I eventually gave it to my dad. It wouldn’t stop working. Sometimes I’d have a pellet box smoke, ran the auger and it went away. Enjoy!

Coming from someone that owned the Onyx Classic, be very wary of ash build up. It’ll cause the metal around the burn pot to rust up. My auger seized and Pit Boss no longer has the part I need to repair. Now running the Traeger Woodridge Pro and loving it! The Pit Boss wins for charred steak though. I do miss that flame broiler lever.
