Anniversary dinner

So it takes 14 years for hour wife to not complain when ordering wine at a restaurant!
Anyway, 2016 rossignol trapet chapelle Chambertin was delicious. It is in a nice drinking spot, upfront bitter orange, very smooth tannins, cassis, slightly balsamic, with a well balanced acidity. Had to focus not to drink it within the first 30 mins!
Thank you for ristorante del lago in bagno di Romagna, Italy, which was an amazing location! If you are nearby should definetly visit.
On top of that we had some half glasses for specific dishes (a 2020 sassicaia, a 1954 oxydative wine, a schioppettino, a sauternes…)
