Aldi has kicked off the Christmas price wars in style with the introduction of its festive range.
The supermarket giant has already set the bar high, claiming it “won’t be beaten on price,” on a range of its Christmas goods.
Aldi has even gone so far as to guarantee it will match the lowest prices for equivalents from other giants this Christmas period.

It has listed the below products in the price match:

Prices for the Aldi Christmas goods above have not been listed yet, but they are expected in stores from anytime now until December.
The supermarket declared it would be checking the prices of its rivals daily to ensure the price changes are in place, but warned it could take a few days to kick in.
For those who pop into Aldi and find another supermarket has an equivalent item for cheaper, if you can provide proof of this Aldi will honour the cheaper price, the Sun said.
But, you must be aware the price match scheme will only be around for a short period of time – between December 19 and 23.
It is also important customers known not all of Aldi’s turkeys and other festive bits and pieces are under the price guarantee.

Around 150 new products are now part of this year’s Christmas range, with a whole host of treats to try.
From the Specially Selected Raspberry and Pistachio Yule Log to the Lobster Mac & Cheese and the Perfect Christmas Musical Biscuit Tin, Aldi has grown its choice on the shelves even further.
