[Music] All right. First, I have some black rice, guys. I have some organic black rice. I have some water like we boil our normal rice. water and the black rice in here getting ready to boil. Simmer it down for about 30 minutes. Black rice makes seems like it makes a lot of rice, guys, per cup. They actually say one cup actually equals three cups of black rice. So, I don’t know. That’s not how we did the math in school, but it looks like it yields a lot of rice. So, you want to bowl your rice first. Okay, guys. What I have is I have a sauté pan with a little bit of olive oil in here. I have some white onions diced up and I have some garlic in here diced up. I added a little bit of garlic powder on top and oregano seasoning. All right, you can use everything fresh if you like, but I figure for this dish, this would just go nice with the oregano seasoning on top and some added garlic powder. Right. So, a little olive oil, onions, garlic, and then the seasonings on top. And then I will add my blue oyster mushrooms sliced lengthwise. All right. All right. We’re going to get that to where the mushrooms, they kind of brown in color. Just a tidbit. I’m going to cover it up a little bit and let that happen. Then I’m going to tell you how to make a teriyak sauce. If you do not have a teriyak sauce, you can just use your own B teriyaki sauce or you can just make one and I’ll tell you how to do that. All right. All right. I have a lid placed on the mushrooms. And over here I have the black rice still simmering down a little bit. I actually would prefer to use brown rice in this recipe, guys. You do not have to go and try to locate black rice. Get yourself some brown rice. That will go good. But this is just what I happen to have in my pantry. Also, it’s just going to give it some color. So, you know, mushrooms and brown rice. Uh, a little bland looking, but still good. Use the brown rice. It’s easier to get if that’s what you have. And then we’ll top it off with some green onions. That will give it the color it needs anyways on top of it. And if you’re doing a bold egg, soft bold egg, then you can slice them lengthwise as well. All right. And just make it look really, really pretty. If you do not eat eggs, do not have to put the egg there. I have it on the cover picture because I just think that it looked really pretty that way and that it would look good for the outside uh picture, the thumbnail out there. But a lot of us are not eating eggs these days. Some of us are, some of us are not. But you can decorate it and garnish it for your guests or whoever your family with uh softboiled eggs. [Music] All right. For your teriyak sauce, your homemade sauce, guys, you can get some saki. a cup of saki, some soy sauce, some rice cooking wine or rice vinegar. And if you want, you can throw a little bit of sugar in there per your taste to sweeten it up. But that’s what you would have for your homemade teriyaki sauce, guys. Saki, rice wine, vinegar, and soy. [Music]
