I’ve opened a brand new kitchen before, I spent entire days taking tiny stickers off each and every little thing. Sometimes there were two stickers. The novelty wears off by the 10th sticker but yes, this looks so pretty

I dunno. New hotel pans feel weird to the touch. I like the used ones, provided they aren’t dented in a way that affects stacking

That’s so fucking expensive I bet this place goes under in a year.

I hope the best, but if they close in a couple of years, some great deals.

What kind of bullshit is this? All the corners are straight on those pans and everything works?! No thanks.

Speaking from experience if you ever do this, bring a debuting tool and a honing rod. Lets you break the razor sharp corners on all those pans
Wait you mean you can buy all one brand of 6 pan and food storage containers? So that they all stack correctly and all the lids match?? What are they gonna do without the one pan that looks the same but somehow doesn’t stack right?

I opened a red lobster in 2012 while simultaneously closing the old location. I enjoyed probably 30 minutes of a brand new everything before they brought in a camera crew for a commercial and then open twp days later.
