Disagree with this. The yolk makes the bun a gooey, soggy mess without adding much in terms of flavor. It tastes good, but the minimal flavor benefit isn’t worth obliterating the texture and structural integrity of the burger.

Egg on a burger is OK. But runny uncooked egg whites…..

That lettuce would go right in the trash. Nothing worse than an unnecessarily large leaf of lettuce on a burger
