I recently joined Cake4kids, a charitable organization that provides cakes for birthdays, adoptions and other celebrations to underserved and at-risk children across the country. I used to be a frequent home baker until a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis changed how I eat from day to day.
I'm so excited to have found an outlet for cake decorating that gives back to my community. This is for a little girl who is being adopted and wanted a Hello Kitty cake to celebrate 💖

There’s a chance we are in the same chapter lol, I was going to make this same request (hello kitty/adoption) but something came up this week and I had to cancel it. This is so cute, she’s going to love it!
