Hey guys, welcome back. What’s cooking tonight? I just finished baking off some Mediterranean roasted chicken breast with lemon herb brown rice risoto. Um, you may have seen me make this dish a time or two cuz it’s one of my favorites. Yeah. So, I did not use all of the seasoning. I just sprinkled a little bit on tonight. Yeah, just wanted to change it up a little bit. So, to the risoto, I’m going to add this parmesan cheese. Give it a little stir. Bella’s upset because she can’t go in the bedroom to be with Willow because Willow just had surgery today. She is not going to be a mommy. So, two weeks of healing. I’m trying to keep her calm. So, I’m going to let that sit a minute and let you know that this is 490 calories, 18 fats, 30 carbs, three fiber, four sugar, and 44 protein. which is great because I’m trying to cut back and doing um fasting more 18 hours a day and it’s going it’s going great. So, I’m going to go ahead and plate this. I wasn’t really wanting to cook, but this is just so easy and you have to take care of you, right? Go ahead and plate that right next door.
