Half a dozen sweet heat and half a dozen extra hot garlic parm. The air fryer gives me better wings than most restaurants and it’s much nicer on the wallet. Go birds! 🦅

Better than most restaurants but still not quite as good as home deep fried IMO. I made the switch for convenience and health but I still fry once in a while

Are these superior wings in the room with us?

I’d go a little higher temp at the end to crisp them up more but they look good

Air dry in the fridge overnight. And grill them

Anyone have a good recipe they want to share?

Smoke then air fry

Maybe. But my basket doesn’t fit the amount needed for 2 people so I’ll try if it’s just me.

They r good but not superior

Superior to deef fried? False.
Can be delicious in their own right, and more convenient? 100%.
Ya know what would make your air fried wings even better? A short visit to the deep fat fryer.
When I do wings for a large group 1-2 times a year I reverse sear by baking in the over at low temp to cook the meat and dry the skin then finish in oil. It let’s me turn the batches out much more quickly.
