followed King Arthur’s recipe for Big and Bubbly Cinnamon Roll Focaccia 🙂 it was surprisingly easy and it came out so soft and fluffy! Tasted like the perfect amount of cinnamon and sweetness~

Looks delicious. What could I sub for the cinnamon sweet bits if I need to make this now?

  4. Oh my, holy coooow!!!

Thanks for the (now saved) KA recipe link!

They are #1 in my book.

  5. Damn this turned out great. I’ve seen a few other recipes and they don’t look quite this good

You nailed the texture – it looks pillowy and crisp at the same time.

  7. On my second to last loaf of focaccia I messed up and dumped way too much red pepper in. That made my go all the way in the other direction and make a blank slate loaf, no seasoning aside from a light dust of salt and pepper. I even used veggie oil as opposed to olive to make it as plain as possible. Of course I immediately started thinking “I could put a crumb top on this…” that was two days ago and here you are.

Looks so yummy! I’d want that warm with a cup of tea. 🙂

Looks like what we call “brunsviger” in Denmark

was it still fresh after a few hours or few days? I’ve baked cinnamon rolls before using King Arthur bread flour and after a day or so (even properly stored) it’s not the freshest.

Mix some cinnamon sugar apples in there for a baked fritter!
