[Music] okay so for our Pon basket we have everything you need to make a risotto dinner so we have some chicken stock we’re going to add our dried pinis this way it it’s going to flavor the chicken stock okay so we’re going to start with a little onion really fine dice some olive oil to sweat the onions in so we’re going to add our rice now before we start adding our liquid we do want this to cook a little bit in the olive oil just to toast it up you don’t doesn’t need to get brown but you do want to just let it toast up a little bit then we’re going to start adding our our liquid we’re just going to stir it now there are some recipes they add you know x amount three times just add liquid when you need it this is going to take anywhere from you know 13 to 20 minutes I know we have dried mushrooms and they’re fine but also if you like these are just portella mushrooms so we have our mushrooms and you see how they’re just Browning up nicely we are about there we’re going to add our Maran Regan I’m going to add a bunch more olive oil that’s how risoto should be good turn of black pepper a little more olive oil and that is our mushroom risoto from our Ponte kit it’s really good
