This Greek olive bread is so easy to prepare and requires no kneading. You simply mix the ingredients and let them sit overnight, allowing the yeast to do all the work. A delicious bread, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle, that you could serve with your meal, dip in salads, or serve next to a cheese charcuterie board. Enjoy!

Ingredients
➡️ 3 ⅔ cups (450gr) bread flour
➡️ 1 teaspoon (3.5gr) dry instant yeast
➡️ 1 teaspoon (6gr) salt
➡️ 2 tablespoons olive oil
➡️ 1 ¼ cups (300ml) water (at room temperature)
➡️ 1 cup (110gr) olives chopped

Add 3 ⅔ cups (450gr) cups of bread flour to a bowl. Add 1 teaspoon of dry instant yeast to the bowl. Mix to combine. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and mix to combine. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the bowl. Add 1 ¼ cups (300ml) of water at room temperature. Mix everything well until all the flour is incorporated. Add 1 cup (110gr) of chopped olives to the bowl and mix to combine. Cover with cling film and a towel. Let it rest for at least 12 hours. Dust the surface with some flour and place the dough. Shape into a ball and let it rest for 45-60 minutes. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven to 425F / 220C Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes without covering.
