Any feedback would be appreciated. This was a concoction basically!
1 ½ lbs sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
4 cloves garlic minced (or 1 tbsp garlic paste)
2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
1 tbsp olive oil optional, adds richness
1 tbsp soy sauce low sodium
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt adjust to taste
½ tsp black pepper
1 package 5.2 oz Garlic & Herb Boursin cheese
2 –4 tbsp beef broth or water 2 tbsp = creamy coating / 4 tbsp = saucier style
Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Place the sirloin cubes directly in the slow cooker.
Add garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, soy sauce, and Worcestershire.
Pour over the steak.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3–4 hours or HIGH for 1–2 hours, until the sirloin is tender but still meaty. The temperature should be around 145°F (63°C) = Medium, 160°F (71°C) = Medium-well or 165°F (74°C) = Well done
Stir in the Boursin cheese during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
If you want more of a sauce, add up to 2 extra tbsp broth while melting in the cheese.

Recipe?
I’d definitely sear before putting in to the crock, myself, but otherwise sounds like a yummy stroganoff variant
Was it delicious? I feel like a dab of mustard would be a good addition.
