Today I’m going to show you how to make homemade chocolate pudding using chia seeds. And best of all, it’s sugar-free, high in fiber, and easy on my blood sugar. This is a delicious chocolate pudding that I really enjoy. And here’s what I like to do to make it extra smooth. Instead of using whole chia seeds, I grind them up in a coffee grinder to make a fine powder. This gives the pudding a much smoother texture that I really enjoy. Start out with an 8 oz mason jar and add 3 tablespoons of the ground or whole chia seeds. Then add a tablespoon of your favorite sweetener. I’m using monk fruit here. And then 2 tbsp of sugar-free cacao powder. Add a pinch of salt to bring out the flavors. And fill the jar with your favorite milk. You can use regular milk, coconut milk, any milk. Just make sure it’s low in sugar and carbohydrates. Now put the lid on tight and shake this to mix it up properly. Then pop it in the fridge. Then wait for it to set for 2 hours and you’ve got this delicious chocolate pudding.

  2. Blend it with half an avocado, and I promise you won't taste it. I also add a couple of dates and some walnuts…blended smooth, and it's delicious.. πŸ˜‹

  3. Three teaspoons of chia seeds is too much.
    "AI Overview
A good amount of chia seeds for most adults to consume daily is about 1 to 2 tablespoons (15-30 grams). Start with a smaller amount, like 1 tablespoon, to let your digestive system adjust, and gradually increase to 2 tablespoons if you experience no side effects".

  7. OMG! This looks soooooo good! And I regularly eat (so always have them available) ALL of the ingredients. This may turn out to be my new fave snack/dessert! Yummmm! Thank you!

  8. You don’t need the sweetener. They all have some negative effect, whether it’s still spiking your insulin, or interfering with your neurotransmitters. Your body and taste readjusts to not eating things so sweet within a week

  9. Yeah it is good and nutritious but has phytoestrogens. I used them daily in bread and wondered why I have enlarged chest even when I lost a lot of fat. Didnt eat them for a month and no more man-boobs. Started again and they came back. Stopped and they were gone again. No more chia for me!
