First time making Burger. How did I do?


  • Bun is potato bun from Martin’s
  • Cheese I used Gruyère (damn quit expensive)
  • Patty I used American Wagyu Beef (American beef is underrated compare to Austrian one)
    A sunny side up egg to finish

    the choice of cheese is interesting, typically it doesn’t melt well or mix well with a burger. Quite hard to work with, but your burger seems to have managed it.

    Filling. Gruyere is excellent on a Reuben sandwich, too.
