Leche Flan is a decadent Filipino custard that’s a truly special. Occassions won’t be complete without it.

Ingredients:

FLAN CARAMEL
– Sugar 1/2 cup
– Water 2tbsp
microwave for 4-5 minutes or until the color change to light amber color.

Egg mixture
– 10 Egg yolks
– 1 Can condensed milk (348g)
– 1 Can evaporated milk (360ml)
– Salt 1g – to balance the sweetness
– Vanila 1/2 tbsp
* optional- you can also use calamansi juice/ lime or lemon juice to removes eggy smell/ taste.
